 Rumors are flying that actress Halle Berry may be pregnant. Gossip magazine and popular celebrity blogs have been speculating this for weeks.
Bodog.com has posted betting odds at EVEN money that she will get pregnant this year.
Berry, 40, is dating model Gabriel Aubry, 31, whom she meet on a Versace photo shoot. The actress has been married two times. Her second marriage to singer Eric Benet ended due to his infidelity. After her marriage with Benet crumbled, Berry stated publicly that she did not think she would ever get married again.
The normally glamous star has been spotted wearing baggy clothing. She’s also been sporting a tiny belly bump. Berry has been open about her desire to have a child before reaching 40. She told Oprah she wants a baby regardless of her romantic status.
Telling the talk show host, “If there's no serious man in my life, whoever I'm dating at the time, I'll say, 'Hey, would you like to have a baby?' "
Halle Berry has also stated that she would consider adopting if she has problems conceiving a child. She told the television show Extra she would probably adopt even if she does have a child naturally. She would love to follow in the footsteps of Madonna and Brangelina.
Despite rumors of baggy clothes, Berry was named best dressed of all the celebrities that appeared at last night’s People’s Choice Awards by fashion website thinkfashion.com. She wore a long sleeved, brown/gold mini dress that was said to “fit her to a tee.” The actress took home the award for Favorite Female Action Star for her work in X-Men: The Last Stand, her only film of the year. When asked by Entertainment Tonight at the People’s Choice Awards if she was pregnant, Berry denied it.
